- Conciliation Court - Filing and serving Complaints for $15,000 or less which is a quick way to resolve a small matter and save time. This is a good place for Pro Se to resolve issues quickly but must be prepared.
- Family Court - Custody Rights and Grandparent Intervening Rights - Judges are sympathetic and will listen
- Court of Appeals - In St Paul and Its always good to try to appeal a bad ruling to get second opinion and to know you did all you could to pursue claims.
- Federal Bankruptcy Court - Filing Chapter 7 or 11 is very complex but not the end of the world or reason to feel defeated.
